2)INITIAL SET-UP CHARGE:

   A)Basic Set-Up (includes Banner design and upload,                            $75.00

   one hour of telephonic training and set-up assistance)

   B)Premium Set-Up (includes all basic set-up features, plus                 $150.00
   Scanning of up to 100 pages of documents** to be
   uploaded to your website)

3)Monthly Hosting, Subscription and License Fee: Based on the total number of units in your community.

**Additional scanning over the 100 pages included with the Premium Set-up shall be billed at $.50 per page.
